Due to the nature of the NDA, I can't show in detail the projects that I worked on at Cercacor. I am currently a UX/UI Designer on the design team of two projects that focuses on chronic illness management, leading specific features on web, iOS, and android. Here is a general overview of the work I did during my time here.
New Features
· Restructured sign in and sign up for the web to take into account specific actors (employee vs health professional vs customer).
· Successfully designed an internal food delivery mobile app where employees could efficiently order their lunch for the day. Based on our experience of the current system, I also integrated a feedback feature which allowed employees to write down their concerns about their current experience at anytime.
· Crafted unique learning experiences for the users to manage their health condition. For example, designing a checklist for users that only want relevant information, brainstorming storylines and educational videos on specific topics, and implementing an audio feature for those who want to just listen to the lesson.
Research
· Defined personas based on our key stakeholders. Creating personas to help new designers better understand our target audience
· Conducted formative usability studies using Userlytics on some of the features mentioned above. Defined different tasks for the users to perform such as single choice, multiple choice, rating, open ended, System Usability Scale (SUS).
